Just a final thank you to everyone who helped before I close this thread. I'm regularly exceeding 110mph on my short 600ft 'track'. In the end, the solution was new batteries, re-calibrating to get near 100% output, and careful attention to wheel alignment and droop. The advice for getting the correct rpm readings was also very helpful. Thanks again!
