I’m trying to set up my limitless, I put my old vorza Electronics in there And quickly figured out it’s not gonna cut it. I’d like to run the stock spur in the original motor configuration. Went out and bought a hw max5 and shoehorned it in on the passenger side. I’d like to run 6S but have a Kraton 8S and would be willing to move up across-the-board to 8s if you think it makes sense. I really need a recommendation on a motor. Mostly going to be doing sub 50 runs in a parking lot with the occasional high-speed.. Just need to be able to beat my buddies stock infraction. The absolute last thing I wanna think about is overheating or burning out an ESC. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the receiver won’t need to be in a box. That’ll free up a lot of space.

OK I can definitely do that. Good call! It was a little sketch hanging off the side I know. I definitely want to be able to keep the batteries on opposite sides of each other whether running six or 8S. Any recommendation on a motor

Keep in mind the esc plate, receiver box and servo mount is all one piece. You may have to dremel that out or you can dremel up the battery tray and shorten a bit. Still fit 3s size batteries, bit more snug.
