Limitless Question

I’m building a Limitless and have a question on gearing. Looking at the gear chart that came with the car does not give you any speed info. I want to start out slow about 79-80 mph and work my way up. What should be a good starting gearing?
I’m thinking just up the pinion to what?

Yes...aaand? How many cells? What motor/KV? What ESC and for how long is the car supposed to sustain 80mph? What kind of driving are you intending to do? Speed passes? Bashing/drifting? We need more information.
