Lipo cell damage???

After running my talion, I always see that one of the batteries is discharged more than the other, but if you look at the cell reading on the right one (which is the one that’s discharged lower), the cells seem fine. Any ideas what’s wrong?

That battery is closer in the loop to the esc. This is why it is recommended to alternate your batteries. https://www.smc-racing.net/index.php?route=product/category&path=174_166

So in this picture this is what I’ll run for today , next run I should put my #2 ec5 connector in the #1 ic5 connector, and my #1 ec5 into my #2 ic5?

Yes. Ideally you want to alternate them each run.
