What's the best LiPo charger for ya buck without getting robbed

Depends. What do you need it to do? You'll need a completely different setup for charging multiple high capacity 6S batteries at once than one low capacity 2S battery on its own.

Trying to charge two or one at a time. 6s or less or more.

New to the electric cars still have gas but I do want speed and great run time. So what batteries do u suggest? And what down 2s, 4s, 6s, meen

See this link to explain Lipo batteries, what all the numbers etc mean - all pretty simple once you get your head around it haha http://rogershobbycenter.com/lipoguide/

Personally I would get the below - plenty of power to last a long time, and will happily charge 2 6S batteries in parallel. You could save some cash and research converting a PC server power supply, but if your new to electric then it might not be something you want to do.

I have that same charger running on a dc power supply and it is awesome! Well worth the money, I would like to pick up a second one at some point.

On AC it's only 100 watts split between the 2 channels, approximately 4 amps charge rate for a 3S lipo. On DC it's 100 watts per channel, or about 8 amps charge rate on a 3s lipo

Slower charter is better right? And how much is the DC cord

To run on DC you would have to have a DC power supply and then the cord to connect the 2 together.
As for charge rate... That seems to vary depending on who you ask. I usually charge at 1C which is mAh rating/1000.

Here is my upgraded charger setup. 23A power supply running (2) ISDT 20A chargers. I got these on special from HK but there are many sources for them now. These will charge a 6S battery at over 8A. That's my new number. Now I can balance charge my packs in about 30 min. ISDT is a new kid on the block but the chargers are tiny, they have a single button click-wheel interface, don't run hot, have upgradeable software. They are only available in DC but in my experience DC chargers are more durable.
