I am South of Baltimore working for the day for out of town project. Are there any local Hobby shops that sell stuff for Arrma?

'Local' is relative. The Track in Gaithersburg is an Arrma dealer and does have some parts in stock. They also have an indoor clay track. Hobbytown USA in Glen Burnie and Frederick should have some things - but probably not a much as The Track.
