Arrma RC's
Hello everyone,

I just got a Typhon and I'm loving it! I ordered some paddle tires for it, but they don't seem to fit. While they are 17mm, they rub against the steering block. The wheel hex on the car isn't long enough to accommodate these wheels without rubbing. Has anyone run into this problem before? There doesn't appear to be quite enough thread on the wheel hex to shim the wheel away so it clears the steering block. It looks like my options are to get a longer wheel hex, a longer cvd axle, or file down the hex pocket in the wheel.

Thanks,
Justin

Update: Grinded the wheel with Dremel until it cleared.. not pretty but it works

I run these on all my arrma. Bulletproof with a screw in pin.

They work well. You need to use the stock pin tho as the associated one is thicker. Ive had them on mine for almost a year to run 2.8 trenchers and haven't had any problems :)
