Looking for a good 2s-4s or higher esc

Can anyone suggest what I should put in my granite ? I have a cc sct 3800kv motor as well . Any suggestions would help I was thinking a larger esc and lower kv motor so I can run my large pinions without overheating as soon as I hit full throttle
