Just ran my first full hard pack through it! Getting unbelievable power with the punch on 1, currently on a 20t pinion and going up to a 22t pinion.
Also thought I should mention I replaced the loose, short motor cap bolts from the factory with slightly longer ones and used red loctite on them. ????

Here's some more of her! This rig is insane, way too fun! Vented and balanced backflips really performing well for me. With SMC 6s 5400 it is currently showing 14.4lbs on a cheap digital bathroom scale. ?

Awesome videos! I'm almost done piecing together a somewhat similar TP powered build. Just curious to see what size motor cap bolts you went with? Planning on using red loctite on mine as well.

I'm not totally sure of the exact bolt size, they are about 1mm longer than the factory bolts. So far so good but I haven't really jumped it too hard yet.

Yours looks great in the videos posted, tons of power on tap.. Watching yours and joostin420's Kraton blast around really makes me want to get the last few parts I need. Still deciding on what cap pack to run, and fan setup then I should have everything.

Here's some more. Got motor to 170 today doing alot of wide open throttle passes in grass, esc was 150, battery at 97 and center diff was 200 farenheit. Motor fans, futaba temp probe and 22t pinion going in ASAP.

You guys are playing with fire going side by side on that baseball diamond. I kept flinching whenever they got close together. Great build btw.

Did you get the TP motor with sealed ends, or the vented version?
I had a TP 4040 CM on a 1/10 on-road car with the vented caps and seemed to help keep the temps down, but I'd worry about dirt getting in there with an off-road vehicle.

Heh yeah we have some fun with em, the close calls and crashes keep things exciting. This rig is super fun to drift on clay.

Sealed version, motor just needs fans installed and it'll be fine.
