Your stock shocks are pretty solid as they are, The only upgrade shocks I could find are for the Tekno EB48 .. You also need to order the Pistons, Stand offs and the balls for the stand offs. The shafts are 4mm opposed to 3.5mm, and the shock rod ends on them look dang near indestructible. I have been launching 10 + feet regularly, and have not see an issue with mine at all. However, lots of guys don't seeissues with the stock shocks when jumping as high or higher than me.

As far as lowering the vehicle goes, you can release the pre-load on the shocks by moving the adjustment ring to the top of the Shock body. Ideally you want your A-Arms to be level with the ground, after the shocks rebound. So drop the car from a couple feet and let it rebound. The A-arms should be level to the ground. Too much angle, either direction, and you will be adding wear and tear to the outdrive cups.

If you are looking for a speed run car, then maybe there are other mods you can do to lower the car. And by speed run car I mean 100+MPH car. Otherwise, the kraton will do 70+ on it's stock suspension set up. You will need at least new gearing if not new motors and ESC for that.
