So after sniffing this out and getting it at a reduced price I decided a full strip, clean, rebuild was in order.

Stripped to assess how nasty it was.

It's like a hdpe plastic, but anyways I don't like it, note the ridiculous way I've mounted the servo lol, I don't like that either so am in the process of making longer ones from 316 at work

Ok guys new bearings installed, shimmed the diffs, took a gamble on the gpm lottery, chassis braces, servo mount, centre diff cup and mount, all black
And decided to go with this for the chassis, powder coated at work, tabbed up the protective strip from 3/16 6061, was going do a full chassis but doubled up it weighed too much.
Dropped down to a 14t pinny because of the extra weight and installed a double fastrax fan unit, new set of backflips and ready to test.
