What marker do people use to write the type of oil on their diff cases. 200K, 100K, etc.?

Something that'll last but is also easily removed with alcohol or some other chemical.

Maybe a silver paint pen? I don’t mark them, I keep a log by rig.

Easier to put a small piece of gorilla tape on the chassis and write the weights on that.
Ex:
F= 200K
C= 500K
R= 100K

Don't have this issue. One rig totalling 2 diffs. If I can't remember, I need to quit driving.

You can remove sharpie with just about any solvent. Alcohol, acetone, etc.
