Simple answer is no, this truck was made for 2s and 3s with the stock Motor/ESC combo.
I’m assuming you’re running stock set up.

It is for another rc car i am just looking to see if I can run it on an rc car.

You can use that battery on any RC that runs 4s LiPos.

I'll add - be careful on which motor you pick. That is just a 25c battery, and lots of 4s systems can overload a 25c pack pretty quick.
Is this for your BLX185 powered Slash 2wd? If yes, it may be marginal. Arrma recommends 45c for the BLX185 esc/motor, but a light 2wd slash will pull less amps. Will it work? Don't know, but watch the battery temps, and if the pack is getting above about 120f, then stop, and don't use that battery in that car any more. If you need a temp gun, there is a $12 one at Harbor Freight I like, and a $20 one at home depot.
