With the MMX 8S and the CC 1717 with an 18 tooth pinion approximately what should my top speed be?
On a Kraton?
Also any recommendations for the esc settings?

Best guess is in the 50 to 60 mph range. I haven’t put a gps on mine yet, but it seems in that range to me.
