picked this up over the summer but been waiting to build. Getting mmx8s w 1717 1650 big block. Gonna try 8s in this one

looks amazing. does it clear the body?
Ain’t no way, right? Call me crazy, but I’m actually going back to a stock setup on my Mojave. Going to pull the MX28’s and the M2C 5mm hub extenders and go back to the Fortresses. I know I’m in a minority here, but I prefer the way it handles in stock form and I really miss not being able to set up the suspension properly. You lose tons of suspension travel with bigger tires.
I do love the way they look though!

I agree. Stock Mojave rocks! Got a big one too. Is fun but I had to extend the towers upwards with aluminium plates. Just can't bash it as hard. And sometimes those wheels eat into the body making a pretty weird sound - braking that one wheel.

They look great! What happened to the right-front wheel? Is that JB Weld?
Tried to paint em like Pastrana’ scar for the sbr 2.0

Fantastic combo!
I'd be shy running 8s with those wheel/tire no body trim

Looks Awesome!!
Thx bro!

I’m more worried bout it catching the front bumper! I have so many Mojave bodies that I’ll make the sacrifice for us to see how it goes lol

Thx man! The stock set up usually best however being the wheel whore I am, I’ve run just about every wheel on my v1 Mojave and still feel the stocks are too small lol.

Stunning paint job!

Do you use a plotter for the stripes or how do you do it?
Paid for this paint job. I ain’t that good!! Rc Baja garage on ig. Issac is incredible.

Need to get an new SBR body sometime and wondering about airbrushing it. It's fastened to the cage in so many places that it tends to break. Other car bodies are fastened in few places only so they can move. Think that's why the Xmaxx body lasts so long - only fastened in two places and loosens if the impact is too hard. Yours is just too nice to bash.

A and B Pilar’s are the first to go! As u can see by the condition of that body, I do not use it lol. Paid close to 600 shipped all in for it!! So yeah it’s gonna sit pretty on the shelf til I absolutely can’t take it anymore and have to use it! 😂😂😂

The worst on the SBR is when you jump of a steep obstacle - even a small jump - and the rear axle hits the bump. Just lifts the rear and there is no way to correct. Just nose slams the SBR into the ground. The only way to prevent this is to only jump over a low angle ramp at low speed so some correction via throttle is possible in the air. Really messed up my SBR body even with moderate jumps.

Have u seen my sbr?

And the first landed sbr backflips!!

I got pretty good at driving her!! Swapped the 760 for 1100 right out the box. Plenty of throttle to correct just about anything lol
