The vehicle doesn't move and makes a loud high pitched clicking noise. I am able to spin the wheels freely. I am able to roll the car without much resistance when tilting the vehicle and rolling just the fronts or just the backs. Any suggestions on what the issue could be? here is a YouTube video of the noise I here when I pull the throttle.

Sounds to me like the motor is locked up. Easiest way to check is to pull out the motor. If it doesn't spin freely either replace it with a new one https://www.ebay.com/itm/325099998939?epid=2256192526&hash=item4bb1784edb:g:TkUAAOSwfVdiHnE8 or see if you can replace the bearings if that is all it needs. Usually when they lock up it means the inside of the motor is fubar.
Slick, Can I use this motor "Spektrum Firma 4074" or do I need to stick with original one you sent a link to.

Yes but you will also need to buy an Arrma Safe-D pinion as I do not think normal pinions fit on the new Spektrum motors.
Buy direct from Jennys and use code JRC for 5% off

Normal 5mm pinions will fit Safe-D motor shaft in my experience, But Safe-D pinion will not work with a normal motor shaft.
Okay yeah I can never remember what fits what. My dylesxia always gets the best of me.

Well damn!! For starters.. I don't think u could get a tighter mesh than what I'm seeing, 2.. rust is our enemy, and it appears it has been the doom of your rig.. and 3.. hot damn I'm pretty sure u snapped the shaft at about 12 secs into your video!! 🤪
Ps.. bearings are toasted and seized!!🤯

them rear dog bones are total rust god no's what your motor bearings are like. just spray with wd40 before you run in wet conditions or silicone spray will keep the rust at bay (y)

I'm with @Senton_Prime, for sure your front motor bearing is gone, judging by the rust on the pinion you got it wet and never performed any maintenance.
With the motor bearing gone, your motor is now toast, do not try to power it up again, you will only damage the ESC.

By all means, take this opportunity and learn how to disassemble the motor. You should do this once a season or whenever water got near it.

Thank you for all the information. New motor ordered, and will take the advice of silicon spray/wd40. Didn't realize water was that bad.
