im not sure, but i think you need a completely new motor, i highly doubt they sell motor parts

I'm assuming you mean the rotor and not just the shaft ... but the answer is "some do and some don't" - you'll probably have to approach it on an individual basis with different companies.

Nope...you need a whole kit and replace everything and when you do I suggest getting better bearings sold separately. I did my Tekin motor 2050 and put acer bearings smooth as butt cheeks
