Mounting MOJAVE A-ARMS ON ANY OTHER 6S RIDE

I'm all about suspension swaps an building unusual trucks.MOJAVE SUSPENSION IS THE STRONGEST OF THE SMALLER ARMS.NOT 100% ON THE TYPHON ARM SIZE ,FEAL FREE TO CHIME IN ON.so senton6 arm shortest,typhon arm,Mojave arms ,then of course the kraton, noto,OC arms being longest.for going with the shortest Mojave arms you must do a little dremel work to fit.here is my noto with mojave suspension.THE EARS ON ARMS ARE SHAPED DIFFERENT,REMOVEING A LITTLE MATERAIL OF THE ARM iS EASY AN IVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT.HIT A PAVILION POST HARD AT PARK EXPECTING DAMAGE ,NOPE .left a nice bruise, NO BREAKAGE!!!MY NOTO HAS TAKEN SOME SERIOUS TUMBLES AN IMPACTS,TRUCK IS SUPER STRONG. REMOVE A LITTLE MATERIAL SO BOTTOM OF ARM CAN CLEAR TAB LIKE THIS.
Shrinked noto WHEELIES less an stays planted a little better.still a crazy truck that'll still cartwheel 75feet ..so must be careful,it'll just keep cartwheeling if crash conditions are just right

From what I understand the Mojave arms are beefier than the senton and typhon. As far as swapping suspension over the differences aren’t as much in the shocks but in the towers which the vehicles it came off of. Check the differences in the mounting heights and locations on the towers and where they land on the arms. I tried to put talion shock towers on Mojave and vise versa but the camber is way off where the tie rods bolt on to towers.. food for thought. Lmk what u come up with lol.

I was running stock noto tower,cartwheeled into dumpster,bent tower an broke shock.had stock mojave tower,it worked even with wing mount.cant remember wich 6s shocks these came off of.truck is alot better for the way I like to rip compared to stock..the stock Mojave arms much stronger than rest 6s arms..more material. Smoke a tree on the other side of a field hauling most definitely thought There was damage broken front bumper and the scuff on a arm no breakage

That’s good to know. I wanted to see if the kraton towers worked to lift the Mojave up but I don’t want to run into it barrel rolling in turns. I’ve got mine dialed in perfectly where she handles like a dream the only time she flips is when the front wheels come up under full power.

That what senton6 does front end comes up,bumper hits ground,then rocks back an 4th on rears, ends up sideways an barrel rolls on full power without lifting on throttle.(DOES THAT MEEN ITS OVERPOWERED) HELL NO I WANT MORE POWER!!!LOL I HAVE KRATON TOWERS ON MY MOJAVE. actually didnt have enough lift I had to redrill holes in tower ,bought some shocks ended up being way to big. .I'll have to figure it out during rebuild.XMAXX SHOCKS ARE MASSIVE

Don't think they will work .?try to convince the ol lady I need a 1/5 arrma so I can use these shocks,still working on that thou.lol

Love what your doin man. After widening my 3s Senton, I wanted to leave my 6s Senton stock but it won't be the same fun.
So I will be widening my 6s too.

My new dilemma. just finished a stretched Talion build, and keep going back and forth with Talion body or truck body, cause I love what you were doing with the Mojave!!

You useing the xlwb chassis???the Mojave chassis???what about a infraction body??that's what I'm gonna do.still ordering parts to totally rebuild my Mojave.BIG TIRES DESTROYED DRIVETRAIN.bringing in back down in size.plan on running belted 2.8 duratrax on it.5.4inchs instead of 6.7in backflips.like this guy did

I used a Mojave chassis, body mounts are on the way lol.
Sooooo, I have an Xmaxx unbreakable body that was accidentally sent to me instead of a UDR body for my UDR build. I am thinking of trying that out. Ill throw up some pics tonight to see what you think.

Have you tried Talion /Kraton diff gears in the mojave? That is one of the reasons I'm interested in converting my Talion, can probably handle larger tires.

I like the look of the Infraction body, looks like it will give you plenty of tire options as well.

My winter project is to convert the truggified senton ( typhon arms , kraton hubs ) to a SWB Mojave ..
I really liked the handling as it is with the mojave tires but with mojave arms I can probably run Backflip LP or Talion Katars on it.

Its a 1/10 scale body. You can't run the side guards but I'm happy with the fitment. Almost looks like a mini Kraton. Should be a blast. I love the look with the mojave tires but I also have some lp's and katers I can run.

would longer tie rods satisfy that issue?
