Mounting Plate for HW ESC

Hi all

I’m new to the forum and also new to Arrma, I have numerous other brand RCs though.

I’ve just got myself a Typhon 223S and I’m looking install a Hobbywing BL120. I’ve worked out I could stick it to the receiver box lid with VHB tape and also screw into one of the two holes on the esc to secure it a bit more.

However, I have seen some other threads/posts where people have a mounting plate. I’d prefer this option but I can’t seem to find where to get one. I’m based in the UK and wondered if anyone could help point me in the right direction?

I wanted to create a repository of free to use 3D designs that are in one organized place. I will do my best to update the thread as new designs are posted. One old thread was from 2020 so please be patient as I work through this and try to keep it maintained.

I want to tip my hat and credit @suchtragedy, @Camaroboy383, @Dkstr, @ken830, @goongan and all the other designers who have shared their work with the community! In my opinion this only adds another enjoyable aspect to an already fun hobby!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a 3D printer. I’m considering getting some ABS carbon fibre sheet and trimming something up that might work.

Is about 4 or 5mm. Needs to be thick enough that the screws can be counter sunk all the way.
