Notorious Mounting rear mudflaps

Ok... this may end up being the dumbest question ever, but I bought a pair of rear mudflaps for my Notorious, but i can't figure out how they attach. I can easily find the spots they mount, but it appears the arms have plugs, not hexes to remove them. What am I missing?

Are they RPM mudflaps? If so, they are designed to only mount on RPM A arms. You'll have to shave off the area with the holes on the flaps, then drill to new holes, corresponding two the Arrma A arms.
