So back to the ye oldie thread TLR chassis is here for when I bend the little tinker , will at that point fit the EXB parts I have .

Back to te oldie truck . New motor mount fitted . Just awaiting my screws from the postie when they return from there strike .

I got two great trucks now , very pleased indeed with the typhon n talion

Ye Oldie Truck , freshly named the medieval monster , is ready for some weekend fun . I have fitted Mojave springs to the front , I forgot to get a wing , so borrowed the radix one Yeeeeeee harrrrrrrrrr

The talion has blown the front n rear diffs , I’ll admit to purchasing them from Jenny’s , and throwing them straight in , never checked , but will now , will take note of how the lsd’s are set . Had to remove the backflips as the grass was grippy , the unbelted Katars did ok . It a proper animal on 6s

Diffs rebuilt , front n rear both empty and both spiral gears missing teeth but all sorted , both where set to minimum , so gone back in that way . Going twin fans on the motor and 2 x 4s 120 cnhl race packs on the way too , very early Xmas pressie to me

So the typhon has its esc and battery cables re-soldered , if I am happy with the combo ( blasting around the garden ) I’ll re- do the motor connections

Hello everyone , I do hope you are all well ? I ain’t touched me toys of late , but as its December and I’m a 52 year old kid , I have got myself another Kraton 6s EXB coming from KLMS . It’ll stay standard for Christmas , then I’ll get stuck in . I use two wheels 6 days a week , got this for the winter , it’s awesome , will be strapping the truck to it also , found some awesome places to use both .

Very nice! @razz007 always been a fan of big trailies, best machines for this country for sure but still a'body buys superbikes. Never figured that one oot!

My superbike days are long gone , the T7 is a brilliant commuter bike , I can whizz along , can see over cars , hedges , it’s great , so comfy , yet ten mins from work I am in the sticks enjoying the great off road tracks , then it’s back on the black stuff and fast Blatt home . Perfect

Glad the radix has suited I have just stripped n retired my talion ( for now )
We got snow forecast for next weekend I doubt we’ll get it , but if we do , the new kraton will be very busy indeed

so as the new truck has lots of old bits on it now , well it is two days old , i`ll carry on here .

so to hopefully get LESS traction on me grass, when using 4s , i got a set of these coming, had some years back, but used them on 6s and destroyed them

Scorched stand offs are in , checked front and rear diffs, as both notchie , both actually had some oil in , and try as I might , I can’t get em smooth , so they back in and will be destroyed as soon as poss

Had an ice time in the garden today . 4s 120c packs . 20t pinion . Works great . Copperhead 2 Lp work great with the rock hard garden , less grip works wonders for enjoyment

So Christmas is here , todays buggy n truggy outings were superb . So it’s time for a change . Kraton XL it is …… again , the new truck is the donor , my EXB Mojave chassis is straight too . My daughter is heading home and as I don’t wish to be unsociable and build in the garage , I have two plastic containers in me living room and on the floor I shall sit to complete the build . I have got the heat gun in also , this latest kraton is maxed out with thread lock from the factory

A couple of evenings have seen the Kraton XL all sorted minus a Test , gonna give the copperhead 2 LP another chance and for the first time ever , I have built the talion as a talion , my typhon donated its hubs and power plant and shock horror , I have a talion body and other parts coming from Jenny’s to make it a true talion . Lovely jubbly

The Kraton is back to being a kraton , the kraton has some pretty bits fitted for some hopefully big jumps and better rebound off trees . Outcast side guards fitted to
