So I got out the Dremel to help with scuffing up the sliders. It’s all in the prep, lol.

Mr. Tit., these are the 2 bolts.

5x35
5x30

The left rocker is the factory rocker with the attachment bolt secured on back side.

Ummm.... you might wanna call me Mr.Ti as what you called me in your previous post..well.... it might offend some members ?

What's the abbreviation of titanium?

I do that a lot to shorten. It's either tit or titm?

Years back when I drove otr I brought a load of titanium sheet from east coast to here in Portland. At the time it was a super load, ( high $ ) .
The stuff just shredded my baby tarps, lol
I put "smoke tarps 8 × 8'" on the edges underneath to protect my main tarps but good gravy that stuff was sharp!

Well, both assemblies are done.

I started on the motor mounts and motor. Either i fab something or I won’t be able to run a 8mm bore motor. Unforeseen issue.
I really want to use one of the motors I currently have since I have a pile of $$ wrapped up in them, lol.

Welp, I'm bout done talking to myself & jusst T, smh.

Took a pic of this assembly before it goes in.
Since I already had to lift the Max6, I widened the footprint so the normal space where esc would be will now house a 10 capacitor? (if that's what those tubes are called).
My other c packs are too fat, lol.
This one is up to 6S so im just gonna dedicate it to this rig instead of having it with an xt-90 to use on other rigs.

Back down to bare bones for last time.

But you can see where I had another little table on that floor.

I'll have to lift the c p to clear shocks and center diff. I have 2 more sizes taller for those threaded spacers...

Can you please explain what you’re trying to accomplish?

Trying to figure out where to put the cap pack, lol.

I’m back to putting it on the bottom on top of a skid.
If I put it under the esc I ll have to raise it even higher.

It’s an 8mm bore motor so 5he esc spacing got cramped when I had to roll the center diff up for space to install the pinion, lol. That’s why the esc is on that table. Not enough room to squeeze an esc in the factory space.
It’s one fire after another.

I’m gonna put this build on the shelf. Lost interest, lol. I need to do some thinking. Either a different cap pack or make one of mine work. Or build a custom one that’ll work with what I got.
I already have 4. I don’t really want to buy yet another.

After reading my last two entries how can you not understand Mr. Titanuim, smh.

Well, it’s taken waaay longer than I wanted. That cap pack placement really delayed me and then I ended up having a custom one made, smh.

Still haven’t found anyone to powder coat my pieces so I’ll roll with the carbon fiber wrapped dvds for now. Those have been a pain getting that cf vinyl lip to lay down flat. Think I got it now.

I installed the c pack and rear assembly yesterday. Home stretch.

I’ll take the cf chassis plates and your wheels/tires. Those wheels look awesome ?

Great job??

Problem: Way too sexy to run her though. I see her strictly as a shelf queen (not a bad thing in my book).

Well it could be said all my rigs are shelf queens.
I don’t bash a whole lot. I’d much rather build them, lol. I think it’s cause I can’t physically work on my 1:1 rigs anymore?

I finished my other pride of the fleet, 2215 Neu powered X Maxx, also all black, lol. I’ve run it once and it’s up on the top shelf now, lol

I’m finishing up another x Maxx then I’ll get started on the Hobao Hyper Plus II kit I got myself for Christmas, lol. I tell you what, that Hobao is some quality stuff. Reminds me of a Tekno.
