My Custom Charger case

Just a little show and tell.

• A Nanuk 920 case with custom 1/4” acrylic panel designed and laser cut by myself.
• 3-prong power plug installed into the side of the case
• A 30-amp, 400 watt OEM power supply under the hood
• Charger hooked up to power supply with an XT90 connection. I can easily disconnect it and instead use a long lead with clamps for a car battery in the field.
• Plenty of ventilation, and a custom logo in the top corner.

Future updates:

• May add a second and/or larger power supply.
• May add a 12v fan to the panel (not needed with just this current PS)
• I can flush mount the icharger, but I don’t really see the point..

PS- I may be interested in taking orders for full cases or at least the panels. I can put the power socket on the panel for those who don’t want to Dremel their case.

Mine is just a wood thing I threw together as I don't have much room for stuff. LOL!

Yours would be really handy if you race and need to take stuff with you. I just bought a cheap 2 port to keep in my car all the time, so mine don't leave the house.
