Kraton My custom rear LED light is ready for the first bash!

Hi folks!

Finally, after some design iterations, soldering and Brutal Engineering, my lovely rear LED light is ready and working (at least in a static environment).
The LED itself I got from the AliExpress, but was not impressed by the way it attaches to car (it is not protected by anything at all). Decided to design a new case for the already soldered LEDs. With the new design LED sits much deeper and is protected by the wing mount. Hopefully it lives a long life
Easily controllable from the transmitter.

Let us know how that rear holds up. I never had much luck in the wing support since it twists and takes a lot during bashing...so much so I had to go with 3DRC flex wing mounts that have been great. I mount my rear light above the rear diff.

This was my first rear light attempt when I got the Kraton. Lands on the rear and wing flex killed it:

@parcou Ahaa, I see. Cool! You have a wheelie bar (I don't) that protects the LED box. Makes sense.
The factory rear LED box was of a similar - maybe even same - design. But I don't use the wheelie bar, so had to experiment.

That one looks good!!

A wheelie bar is a must for me; I don't like my rigs to look at the sky. Just a little off the ground is good enough. Hate TBone don't make these anymore....

First bash test went positively! Love how well I can see the rear of the car now!
