Why did it fry though? It might be worth it to buy a combo if your truck has seen a lot of hours on it.

I just installed the spektrum smart esc 150 amp. pairs with the smart batterie, and smart DX5C.

It fried because of water i guess.. Last bash i was on was last year.. Realy wet conditions and when i o got home that day removed the batteries and gave i a overllook and it looked ok and the i left i to dry upsidedown... Then two days later i tried powering the thing up and it worked. But today months later i had it on a stand, wheels free, just checkin.. And servo works just fine and BANG POFF it starts spinning the wheels and a second later it is dead
