My first paint job

Ok good news. I finished the paint on the new typhon 6s here it is!!
it’s a comb of kraylon sparkle blast blue as a very thin coat with a dark metallic blue over that and the flames and other markings are with copper. With black widows

There’s so much sparkly you just can’t see in the pictures

Awesome job dude! That blue is truly mesmerizing, and I really like how the flames and other designs came out.

The Typhon really is the best Arrma vehicle when it comes to custom paint jobs, IMHO; all those smooth curves catching the light in different ways really shows off metallic paints and the like.

Nice! I have a Typhon 6S body waiting for me to paint it up. Just can’t decide if I want to simply paint it a solid color or try some designs. I know it will get beat up fast so it’s hard to justify spending the time.

Thnx y’all I really appreciate the comments. I was trying something completely out of my wheelhouse with painting a body. I’m glad it came out as well as I could of hoped. There’s a few areas I know it needed a more patient hand in stenciling, but I’m a clumsy oaf so I did what I could lol. But now I know how to plan future paint schemes.

Well you motivated me to do my T6 body tonight. Turned out OK, but it's hard to tell in the dark. Daylight tomorrow will allow me a good look and then I can take some photos.
