Got my nero back together and figured out why my motor wasn't turning I forgot that when I replaced the gears I also replaced the diff brain but I put everything back together and didn't hook up the diff brain stupid me but I took it out for the first test run in tge snow and everything working good thanks to the people giving me advice on what it could have been it helped out a lot

My neighbor that got me into the hobby asked if I hooked the diff brain up right and it turned out I forgot to hook it up at all and it running strong now first test run was in 8 inches of snow and ran great
