It looked good to me. It's tough getting those edges cut right and ensure it is all stuck down.

Yes time will tell. I can image the dust will stick to the edges of the tape.

Reinforced the body just now. This is my first time using the Gorilla tape method. It's definitely less messy. I usually use plasterboard tape and Shoe-Goo or E6000.

i used flex seal tape it’s very wide and thick . I used a heat gun to make it extra sticky , it’s never coming off !
