I’m wondering if there’s any solutions to fix both batteries, i’ve tried slow charging them but once i run them cell 3 on both batteries are below cells 1 and 2. i left both batteries fully charged or storage voltage (i can’t remember) after slow charging them a few times and this is a few days later.

Good 'ol Spektrum "not so smart" batteries.
Are they still under warranty? If so, get them replaced.

i probably voided the warranty on one cause i soldered a IC5 connector on it cause it was IC3 and the other one i’ve had for a little over a year so probably not
