Drop the pinion down and get a dual motor fan.
I'm running the stock 12T. My ESC seems to cut some of the power after running for a couple of minutes. Is it because the motor is hot, the esc is hot, or because the battery is hot? You said to add fans on the motor. What about upgrading the ESC fan?

The motor will run until it dies. I learned that the hard way recently. 263F is TOO HOT for a motor!

Does your esc blink or anything when it happens?

I have not checked if there is a light blinking. I will next time it happens. The only thing I know is that I have to wait some times before it regains full power. I would add that I'm using a 4s 8000 mah lipo. So I'm running the truck for more than 15 minutes.

You probably have to gear it down more. With trencher 3.8's in my outcast, I couldn't gear higher than a 15T and those are 380. Even then, if I ran it hard in the grass, it would overheat the esc around the 15 minute mark. I ran 7400mah 2x2S packs that would get me over 20 minutes of run time if I wasn't running WOT all the time.

I mean, I'm using a 12T right now. So I should go for a 11T or even a 10T?

What tires specifically? I'm guessing they are larger OD as well as weighing a lot. So you likely need to gear down a lot to compensate for both issues.
Dirtbuster HPI rear tires. They are 170x80mm.

You can add the following to your list @olds97_lss

Just a note about these, the stock Arrma 17mm four way wrench will not fit inside the wheel to tighten the nut. You will need a thin wall socket or wrench.
