Hey guys, I wanted to share my Typhon V2 in it's current state. Started off with track duty. I made some upgrades as I went. Dex8 shocks and small Durango parts here and there. A variety of wheel combos etc and Voltage towers. So after running it on the track for a year or so, I saw some guys were going to 'truggified' route, for bashing. So I got the AE hexes, some 2.8 MX28s, beefed up the servo (savox) and got the HD wing mount and RPM bumpers. I have run it a few times now and it is awesome. For you guys that have gone this route, I have a few questions. What gearing are you running? I have a couple different pinions from the track, that I can swap in. Also, with the wider stance, the shocks now are a little softer than they were with the oem buggy stance. Any tips for suspension set-up? I was thinking of moving the shocks to the outside position. That would alos make them more vertical, which I think could help. Also, I may up the weight. For my track I was running 35fr/32.5rr. Maybe 50 in all 4? Any other tips? I have been told to watch temps with this set-up too, so I will keep an eye on that. Thanks.

Couple more action pics. The car runs really well. My only complaint is that it gives up some clearance to my Erevo, depending where I drive it. That is to be expected. But it makes up for that with much better handling.
