Starting my UDR build tonight. I'm still waiting on the sway bars, axle housing, as well as tires and a few other odds and ends, but here's what I've done so far.

Very nice! I've always wondered how durable these actually are, especially if you abuse one? I absolutely love the scale look and deatil of these trucks!!
They are plenty durable for what they are. This isn't for big jumps or bashing. They're for just running around and watching that amazing suspension. The front driveshafts and front CVs are weak and should be replaced immediately, but after that, it's an incredible rig. I also have an SBR, and although the SBR is a lot tougher, it doesn't have that realism the UDR has. It's close, but not quite.

So sick! UDRs are some of my fave rigs, even tho I can't afford one. Like seeing other's though, helps me dream about my future UDR lol

Sweet rig, even better after the "Xjeepguy" treatment for sure!
I've watched countless vids of peeps abusing the crap out of these and from what I've seen they are quite durable. Most loose the body panels rather quickly it seems, but they still run just as good without and don't look that bad either.
Enjoy brother! I look forward to seeing you build it your way!(y)😎🍻

My Vitavon order came in today! I got a 7075 axle housing, and front and rear sway bars. The chassis is all assembled, body back on, and as soon as my tires show up (supposed to be tomorrow) I can install my new beadlocks. This was phase 1 of this build. More to come later.
