Infraction My used infraction “restoration” build

So I picked up a used infraction from another member, it had been used well but it was all there. So I got the idea to just replace a few things and then things got crazy. Basically it’s been a from scratch build with parts from Jenny’s, hot racing, basherqueen, and sfc carbon fiber parts!

so I started by tearing it all down cleaning it and building it on a new chassis. Replaced all the screws with new hardware and all the bearings with fast eddys and went through all the diffs. Here’s how it looked when I first got it.

Here’s what was left over from the original truck.

I’ve got it pretty much back together with a lot of new parts, still unsure what motor/esc combo I’m going to go with but I’m super pumped about it so far!

Well got the stock electronics in it for now, hooked it up to my new dx5c everything seems to be good to go! Now to wait for some better weather! And a fan for the motor

Got the body today from @Gabe8501 !! Came out absolutely killer! Got it mounted up now to decide which wing I’m going to put on and to go pick up another set of hoons to paint a deep bronze. Thanks again bro the truck looks incredible!!

Just picked up a set of new hoons I’m gonna try to mask off and paint a bronze/gold. To use with the body and some scale turbos for the hood! Will update soon!

Hit 'em with a coat of white first, it will help the color pop.

Thank you! I picked up a couple scale turbos to mount on the hood, but after talking to Gabe, I might paint the hood flat black first then add these!
