Kraton Need help with the front gearbox.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I think the mesh wasn't set correctly and the gearbox is broken in the left bottom corner. Looks like the input may be alright? The ring gear is rounded at some points. If anyone can help me out that would be appreciated!

inputs done. If one goes they both do. How are you shimming them?

Well since the gearbox broke in the left bottom corner I have 3 shims on the gear side of the diff and none on the other side.

the box could have cracked before without noticing causeing the gears to skip. When you rebuild your mesh should have a slight tic tock sound when you rotate it back and forth when you dry fit it with the gear box cover bolted on.

I have a feeling that this will be a costly repair. Yeah as soon as I heard it start making a stripped gear sound I looked and the gearbox was cracked.

I can ship you and input gear, it is from the v5 not sure if that works with v2 though .

Cheapest option would probably be a takeoff from jrc. Under 50 for everything
