Mojave Need new wheels/tires

Ya. I’ve got the 8x32 tho for the 3.8 wheels. Haven’t had any issues other than getting them
Off the truck when I wanna switch wheels lol. Pretty solid tho. They require some shaving done the Mojave hex is flush w the hub they will run when wheels tightly secured to vehicle.

I threw these cheap chinese amazon tires/wheels on today. Trimmed up an old body i had beat up. These wheels come with a ton of offset so you don't need kraton suspension parts at all for them to clear everything. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07M9WS5HY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

So far im super surprised by these and will 100% be ordering a few sets. Ive run 4 packs through them on stock gearing. It turns the mojave into a wheelie monster. Truck is way better in the ditches and mud. I enjoy the handling of the stock setup better,but its way more stable with this wider stance, and the tires are holding up great. Getting some very minor balooning on full throttle tho.

There is a small lip around the wheel well.. about half an inch feom the edge i followed that line perfectly and there is no rubbing.

PL super swamper XL 2.2” stretched to a DE racing 2.2/3” wheel. Very close to the rear hub. I trimmed the rear hub a little to gain more clearance.

I have not driven my mojave yet... still waiting for the max6 combo. But I think the tires are going to balloon. Maybe I will gorilla tape them from inside before gluing them to wheels.

Only thing keeping me from buying mojave is stock tire availability, been running arrma 6s since inception, an all i have had problems with is tire wear. Why cant arrma get mojave tires on shelf for us to replace. WTF good is making new models as fast as you can an not be able to get even a simple thing as wheels an tires. Come on MAN. Tired of seeing no availability on the tires making me mad!

Absolutely agree with you. Try these Chinese udr tyres. They around 60-65 bucks for 4. Will need to make some adjustments to rims itself or they will rub against hubs due to hex groove too deep. And of course to do the holes up in rims. Last a lot longer but not as grippy as boots. And, make sure to check glue around rim after some hard riding. Neeed advice, will be glad to help.

those ”china tires” are very good for bashing around and should last long time.

And these 2.2 swamper XL tires are much softer, but I drove multiple 6s batteries without problems. Yes they balloon a lot sometimes, but You can fight that with thicker diff oil and maybe with your throttle finger..!

This is with 500k center diff. I changed it to 2million but have not tested it yet. If it doesn’t hold, I will lock the center diff..! ????

so if i wanted to run the Talion hexes shown on page 3, do i need anything else? axles? or do they just bolt straight up to my mojave?
and would the chinese wheels/tires clear those hexes without having to modify/shave the hex area on the wheel?
i haven't even ran my exb yet, but looking for tire options and i like those chinese ones from ali...
