Nero ESC fan question

Is the fan supposed to come on as soon as it is powered on? I've only run three sets of packs through mine so far and it's done it every time, just wondering if that's normal or if I should be concerned.

yes...fans should always be running. ..no fancy thermal switches running the fans in this case...so...soon as you turn it on..the fans are on and stay on till you shut it off...
 
Right on I figured as much just wanted to check for my peace of mind. I've never had an ESC with a built in fan so I wasn't sure.
