New 1/16 Losi Mini JRX2

What does everyone think of this new 1/16th from Losi? Can we upgrade to brushless?

They'd probably suck me in just for nostalgia sake. The JRX2 was my first real "hobby grade" RC car.

IIRC, those shock preload adjusters sucked - there was no middle ground between them slipping or snapping from being overtightened (although I admit that I probably wasn't the most gentle with plastics as a teenager).

Same here. First had a JRX-2 and I still have my JRX Pro from 1990 including a Trinity 1987 Joel "Magic" Johnson motor, Team Novak T-1 ESC and NER-2X micro receiver (well, most of it anyways). I used to run dirt oval with it in Kansas with Custom Works Dominator bodies.
