Arrma RC's
  1. Kraton 6s
  2. Senton 6s
  3. Typhon 6s
$73 a pair!
I never said they were cheap :ROFLMAO:. I'm sure they will be a little bit cheaper online and at hobby shops though. Even regular Badland 3.8 premounts are $52 a pair. If they don't need any mods like fishing line or anything and they don't blow off the rim though I don't think they are a horribly priced.

For the type of bashing I do, I really don't have issues with ballooning. I am rarely flat out. Plus the ballooning helps me rotate I'm the air.

They are gonna be really heavy.

That was my thought as well and with the plastic hex inserts I can see that being a problem.

A YouTuber said they really aren't all that heavy, so, I ordered a set. They come Thursday or Friday. I'll get back to you. I think mine have the 17mm hex without the adapters.

I have a set of these waiting to be ripped on my kraton6s. Between these and the sweeps belted all-terrain tires I'm curious which one I will like better.

They are in! They came with this warning via QR code... so I need to get thicker diff fluid or be careful. Here is my Arrma Notorious with Badlands HP 3.8 with 1/2 inch offset. I am looking for my scale but they definitely don’t feel too much heavier than the backflips. I have not run it yet.

don't know how they preform, but they look INCREDIBLE on your truck! ??

They seem legit! I just finished a 30 minute street session with speed runs and speeding flips and inverted sparking skid n’ get-ups (I love the sparks). The conditions given, they were noticably grippier than my old dry Back Flips (no duh). This is my first RC in 19 years, got it in January, so I haven’t had a lot of tire experience.

I finally found my scale. Disaster happened, pipe broke upstairs, everything in boxes. Back Flips 12 1/2 ounces, Badlands HP 3.8 14 5/8 ounces.

They so are! I noticed I have to do some regluing. Never had to do that with the DBoots. It’s the front only. Might be part caused by my stock diff fluid on the Max6/4985. Fixing that soon with 60/500/30, someone recommended on here.

Yup, thats what I run in my diffs. I'm surprised you had to re glue them? then again, you are running a monster system ?

They didn’t actually separate, it’s just the excess glue on the outside split... but I don’t know if that will lead to separation? ...? I hope not. I’m positive it was diffing out in the front. The Back Flips did that, the inner wheel would balloon on turns.
