Felony New Felony, New Spektrum Smart 3S 100c 5000mah batteries sparking when attaching them to RC

Hey guys, Its happened twice so far. Batteries are all around the same level of charge but I'll see a decent spark when I connect the second battery to the Felony. Is this the capacitors making a quick draw from them? I don't have this on any of my other vehicles. once this happens I can disconnect the battery and reconnect it without issue. Im not sure how to remedy this.
