Infraction New Infraction 3s, what to do?

I just got a Infraction 3s, first time on a plastic Arrma, i always been on the 6s line

What do you guys look after on it, do the diff need olie like the 6s line

What to upgrade, beside a front splitter, maybe a carbon rear wing

Do they hold up for more power, 4s or 6s

Congrats on your 1st 3s!

Yes, as always check the diff oil. Other upgrades OTB are the same as 6s.....bearings, servo, a center driveshaft support helps if going to 4s.

I purchased the Mega version and turned it into a 4s. The 3s drive train can handle 4s, but I do not believe it will on 6s without some major upgrades.

Yeah was thinking a better servo and ESC for a start , do you have any link for the center driveshaft support?

Yup, should swap right out. I forgot the 3s comes with the plastic one, my bad. I had the Mega.

I also upgraded the plastic driveshaft to aluminum. If you get the HR one, you will need their center drive support bearing.

Get a center brace too. I got a CF one from ramjam racing. It was specifically for the mega though, so make sure to check the length for the 3s, not sure if it's the same.

R6F receiver for Radiolink RC6GS radio system
Spektrum S652 servo (had laying around)
Hoons white label wheels and tires
Arrma CNC steel-geared transmission assembly, front and rear
Hot Racing aluminum diff yokes, front and rear
Aluminum center driveshaft
Carbon fiber tower-to-tower chassis brace
Carbon fiber front splitter and rear winglets
3D printed aero chassis panels
GNSS GPS mount

A lot of what I have done is for durability, and other items are just for appearance.

Just ordered a hot racing center shaft and bearings for it

And also ordered a radiolink r6f, already on the radiolink so that's easy

Also ordered those CNC metal gears for front and rear

Yea, they have both. LWB and a SWB one
