Senton New Lipos advice

I just got two SPC 3s lipos in today, Theyre 5600 MAH 60c. I put a 20 tooth pinion on today also and this Senton is scary fast....I only hit the curb once when braking at about 15 mph maybe. Anyways Im just trying to make sure Im not overdrawing power from these Lipos. Im trying to make these last as long as possible. Is there anything I should look out for? Im still kinda new to RC technical stuff, but when I took them out of the truck they were just barely warm. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for reading!
