His old body was looking tired so I painted up a new one. The "candy apple red" didn't turn out right though lol. Hpi GTXL-1 Vintage btw

Looks pretty sweet. I'm looking to do a dodge charger with a similar paint scheme soon. Why is the red purple? The backing color make it darker?

I backed with black. I have no idea why it's purple. Where did you find the charger body?

That's correct, that site had it listed in stock so I thought I got lucky. HPI went bankrupt so it's taking a while for the new owners to get these back in production I guess.
