I just installed a new receiver as well and when I hold the set button it beeps continually. There is no 1 beep 2 beep etc. Im sure I am doing something wrong. Any help?Just gonna write it out because I know how frustrating this was for me even though it’s a commonly asked question. Lol.
Turn on transmitter.
Hold Set on ESC, turn on ESC. Release Set after beeping starts.
Ensure transmitter trigger is at neutral. Press Set once. Make sure you hear one beep.
Fully depress trigger on transmitter, full throttle and hold it. Press Set once. Make sure you hear two beeps.
Fully reverse trigger on transmitter. Full reverse. Press Set once. Make sure you hear three beeps.
Turn ESC off. You’re ready. Have fun.
Once the beeping starts, release Set.I just installed a new receiver as well and when I hold the set button it beeps continually. There is no 1 beep 2 beep etc. Im sure I am doing something wrong. Any help?
I think the issue was a brake/reverse lighting controller I had plugged into the throttle channel. When I removed the lighting controller, the ESC was able to be set. I suspect it was because I was using a JR cable Y splitter. I'm not 100% why that would matter, but plugging the ESC direct into the radio solved it. I ordered some JR extension cables (non Y splitters) to test it again.Once the beeping starts, release Set.
I know this reply is a week late so hopefully you figured it out.
