Hello,

I bought my first RC car ever for me and my 3 years son to play when we're in the park. I would like to tell that I had one shock leaking inside the box but received replacements from the shop. I already done 5 3s packs and it runs smoothly. I just broke front A-Arms which I replaced with RPM ones and they're rock solid so far :) . Tomorrow I'm receiving rubber sealed bearings and I have few questions:
1. Do I need to change bearings in the motor? I was reading that is quit hard.
2. What grease to use on the diff housing?
3. Do I need to use any oil on the pinion gear and slipper clutch?
4. My pinion gear is not screwed to the motor. Is this OK?

I think that will be all for today :) Thank you all for answers.

1) Motor bearings are optional. Set the mesh correctly and they hold up better. Get the adjustable motor mount or drill out your stock holes to get it set properly.
2) I use automotive brake grease Sil-Glide, but almost any silicone grease should work. Just coat the teeth. Don’t fill the housing.
3) No grease on the pinion or spur. No grease near the slipper pads at all.
4) If your pinion isn’t screwed on it won’tspin the gear.

Thank you for answers. Already changed all bearing and car runs smoothly ;)
