Outcast New Outcast 8S: red LED flashing; no steer, no throttle

Hi all, I am new here, looking for help: my all new Outcast 8S wouldn‘t move an inch. It does not bind, no steer, no throttle - just the red light (LED) flashing on ESC and ventilator going.
Already tried 1-2 tips that I found scanning through older threads. Still the same issue.
Any Idea how to solve? Is there something broken?

Have you found out anything on yours?
I just and bought a new esc and still have the same problem

Bad receiver? Happened on my Kraton. Granted it wasn’t new but wouldn’t function properly. I replaced the receiver and it fixed everything
