I put on traxxas 17mm wheel adapters
17mm SCT DuraTrax Six Pack tires
Hot Racing threaded with bleeder aluminum Shock bodies (using factory shock parts)
Upgraded front and rear a arms to RPM

I LOVE the way this turned out. The control is so much better, the wheels are grippy and the suspension is awesome for jumps and tracks.

I see guys do this a lot on here.. Swapping out stock arms for RPM ones..
I get that they might be stronger as the stock ones are.. But..
Why put new ones in when the stock ones are still in 1 piece?

Looks good. Any body rubbing issues compared to stock wheels?
They are slightly larger but not by much. I did trim about a quarter inch on each fender just to prevent rubbing. However I noticed these tires do not balloon like the dboots factory do

The RPM have multiple shock mount holes allowing for higher ride height for bashing and then a swap to a lower one for racing around
