  1. Typhon 3s
I just mounted some oversized felony rear tires to my new (to me) truggified Typhon 6s V3 in a square setup. I think they fit the overall size of the car perfectly and looks just mean with the stanced out kraton hubs (for the record I'm under the impression you don't need them to fit). I haven't had a chance to try them but just looking at them gets me excited to bash them. I included some bonus size comparison pics to my old 3S typhon rig with the standard infraction sized wheels all around (stock stance). The difference is pretty wild, these wider taller street tires are exactly what I was looking for in a street bash setup. I didn't want to just mount the old street tires from the 3s to this new 6s rig as it already had a hard time putting down power in 3s form (and melt them even more than my 3s already did). Now I just need to wait for the snow to melt here to actually test these guys out! What do you guys think? Is this old news? I didn't find much on people trying these other than one thread that showed a pic. I couldn't find any videos of people doing the same setup.

Volasko, any chance you could measure across the tops of the front tyres on yer typhon please?
Sure when I get back home! Just so I'm clear: you're asking for the measurement from outside edge to outside edge while mounted on the truggified typhon 6s right?

Spot on!

Mr Duke helped out with the rear size but he runs a staggered set up on what is surely the best looking typhon ah've seen!
The Vader typhon!!!I agree 👍 best looking typhon award goes to @Mr.Duke .love the wing, let's see a good pic duke.if you haven't seen it yet, look at this run.one of the most badazz runs I've ever seen and with the VADER TYPHON

Oh yeah, Mr Duke's ride was the only pic I could find showing them mounted! Essentially sold me on the idea. Agreed, his ride looks mean in all black. Found it here: https://www.arrmaforum.com/threads/felony-rear-hoons-on-6s-typhon.30825/post-427159

So with the front control arms parallel to the ground, no spacers at the upper and lower ball joints and the caster adjustment in the middle (ie spaced evenly front to back) I measured exactly 13 7/16" (341 mm) from outer wheel edge to outer wheel edge. This was measured at the top of the wheels. For comparison sake I did the same at the rear and got 13 3/8" (340 mm) but that number is less accurate as the rear camber is infinitely more adjustable.

Cheers Volasko, that's perfect, looks like ah may be shopping for kraton hubs!

Got the the body on the chassis but ah'd like it lower, be better if the thing steered as well mind!

Is this body stock.something looks different .maybe just no stickers.

It only became a roller earlier today, hasn't even moved under its own steam yet. This time last week it was still sat on wooden axles, just to see like!

Is this a stock Mojave on Felony Rears? I was looking at GRP 1/5 scale but don’t wanna spend $150 on hubs and tires. I love this look!

A respectable 64 mph in the 3s to 6s conversion, 20t pinion on 57t spur. Roads were wet and slushy, but like I give a fluck.
