Customer service suck you gotta mod a brand new part so it works. All there poop back ordered and they break to easy lifetime warranty yeah when you send it back and get a new one 6 months later. Need I say more. T bone sucks
What would you recommend instead?

I've been really interested in their products but unfortunately they don't ship to the US.

My LHS is the only one in the Netherlands who sells the POS products..

We might can work something out.. They don't weigh that much.. Are unbreakable.. I can put them in a bubbled enveloppe and send them to the US.. Costs around 10$ for shipping them..

But.. If there are more people interested.. I can fill up a box.. With a max weight of around 10 pounds.. Thats gonna cost around 35$

T-Bone delivers,IMO, a great product.

I had mine for two years and finally it broke after many many bash sessions, and cracked while jumping on a construction site at 40F.

Sent email to T-Bone w pictures of damaged bumper, during the holidays, and received a new one in two weeks free of charge, they even paid shipping.

T-Bone warranty, no questions asked, and its clearly tailored on their site.
To compare, RPM has about 15 restrictions when claiming warranty.

The only catch is, lifetime warranty as long as the item is NOT discontinued. I think it has to do w the molding, printout as they explained to me.

Included are pics of the damaged front bumper, and the day it finally completely failed that it fell from the chassis (AFTER TWOYEARS OF ABUSE), pics
of the diff case, broke a little, easy fix.

Two years old! That thing looks very well maintained and super clean.
I had to install a T Bone XV4 bumper on my Noto yesterday. It was a brand new replacement part that I hadn't installed since switching to RPM over 6 months ago. Because of the CRCU suspension mount, I can't install the composite block that supports the brace that comes with these bumpers. I also had to drill two new holes as the bumper only came with two chassis holes and two for the composite block. My hope is that it lasts for a while as the RPM ones seemed to be snapping a little too frequently of late. The RPM snap at the same spot each time, right where they contact the suspension mount. Could be that the new mount is thicker and puts a different stress point on the bumper, where it may not have been fortified to withstand the hits. I have about 5 RPM ones in a bag, and might make a claim for them to replace one if I return the 5. Good news in all of this, the bumpers are definitely doing what they were intended to, saving the front end from some pretty ridiculous nose landings. I realize now, you can't fault either manufacturer for the product. If they save the rest of your truck from much costlier and time consuming repairs, then the bumpers are working perfectly. Not sure you could design one so differently that they would never break, as the force would need to be transferred to something else causing more damage.

thanks, I take care of the rig. Here is a pic taking a mud bath, and some serious wrenching to clean it.

Any instructional guidance for the bumper install on notorious? I can't find anything. Just a video for the Kraton.

Install is the same for the Kraton as it is for the Notorious.

Hey @Bshizzle, here’s a pic. Best to assemble it off the truck, then attach it to the bottom, then the bulkhead. It’s a nice bumper.
It’s different then the Kraton setup. You leave the outcast bumper/suspension pin retainer and put the tbr over it.

They may have. This one is over a year old. My Kraton tbr came with a plastic pin retainer and longer bolts to go into the bulkhead. That one might be two years old so with the new Kraton body it may be different as well.

I saw that t-bone posted on Facebook that they were not going to accept new orders for a week. The reason the they have been behind is that the don’t keep any stock and all parts are made to order. I would guess that they got behind with orders over Christmas and have never been able to catch up since then.
