New to lipos

I have a question about batteries, can you use a 2s and a 4s to make 6s ?

So the short answer is yes as long as the capacity (mah) and c-rating are the same. The esc should not care where the cells come from as long as there are 6. Understand this is not a recommended way to run 6s. You may find one battery sags more and the lipo cutoff will shorten runtimes. When I run two batteries I keep them as pairs so that they keep very similar cell properties. Ideally you want them to be as similar as possible.

Just to add ONLY a series connection obviously. I once seen someone connect a 2s and a 4s in parallel. Nice firework show!
