New to the rc world and need help

Hi

I have the granite blx and upgraded to the venom 5000 20c battery.
When I hook up this battery does it automatically switch to support this battery or do I have to manually change the settings and if so how do I do this.

@James1979 I have a Older blx mine you have to manually change the esc to nihm/lipo wich ever you are using..... you can find out to change it in the manuel that came with the truck or u can find then on arrma.com or in the granite section of the forum here.... unfortunately I don't know how to post u the link! Lol!.... but it'd in the settings on the esc.... I hope this helped!
